RE: REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE OF THE ZOARVLEI PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE, TABLE BAY NATURE RESERVE
ADOPTION OF THE MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT PLAN (“MMP”) IN TERMS OF THE NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT ACT, 1998 (ACT NO. 107 OF 1998) (“NEMA”)
You are hereby notified that on 22 August 2024 the Department of Environmental Affairs and Development Planning adopted a Maintenance Management Plan for the proposed repairs and maintenance of the Zoarvlei Pedestrian Bridge in the Table Bay Nature Reserve. A copy of the final MMP is also attached for reference.

Appeals
You are reminded that an appeal may be lodged against this decision in terms of the National Appeal Regulations 2014 (as amended). A summary of the appeal process is provided in Section 5 of the attached decision. Should you wish to appeal the decision, you must submit the appeal in writing to the appeal administrator, with copies to the decision-maker, the applicant, registered I&APs, and organs of state with an interest in the matter, within 20 (twenty) calendar days counted from the date of this notification.
