You are hereby notified that the Western Cape Minister of Local Government, Environmental Affairs, and Development Planning has dismissed the appeal lodged against the environmental authorisation for the addition of a third inbound lane on the M3 between Princess Anne Avenue and Hospital Bend and has confirmed the decision of the competent authority on 01 March 2024 granting environmental authorisation.
