You are hereby notified that the Department of Environmental Affairs and Development Planning (DEA&DP) has granted Environmental Authorisation and approved the Environmental Management Programme for the Proposed Harcroft Residential Estate in terms of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 and the 2014 Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations (as amended).
The environmental authorisation is dated 10 February 2025 and was issued on the same day.

Appeals
You are reminded that an appeal may be lodged against this decision in terms of the National Appeal Regulations 2014 (as amended). A summary of the appeal process is provided in Section F of the Environmental Authorisation (page 12-13). Should you wish to appeal the decision, you must submit the appeal in writing to the appeal administrator, and copies to the applicant, registered I&APs, organs of state with an interest in the matter, and the decision maker within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of this notification.
